“I had to laugh a little when I called over and spoke with your guy Michael. I asked him what is the wall thickness and steel grade for this tube. He said "we don't have that information". I said "really? you're a tube company". I asked him to go ask somebody, but he didn't. Maybe train your folks on the specs of what you sell so they don't go blank on the phone. Anyway, I see here on the website that it's .028 and T-304L. That's all I needed. Thanks.”
