Flaring tool works very well and at a reasonable price the only reason I did not give it a better review is as there was no instructions with the tool, that would have been helpfull

After making three flares in nickel copper tubing and one in steel tubing the 3/16 flare button broke. I was in the middle of a job and did not want to wait for a replacement so I bubble flared everything else. You have to tighten the clamps very tight or the line slips out of the jaws. I don't think the 3/16 double flare jaw will hold any longer. I will be asking for compensation.

I have owned a45 degree flaring tool a number of years ago but when I went overseas I gave away most of my tools. When I saw this on the Inline Tube website I purchased it because I got a tool set that will do the 45 degree flares and the ISO bubble flares all in one set. I am using the bubble flare for 4.75mm Cu-Ni tube and it makes a perfect flare. It helps to lubricate the tube and the flaring die. This reduces the friction when the tube is being shaped by the die. This is a great tool.
