“Started using these gels because I needed to see both high and low mass proteins. They are far superior to my hand-cast tris-tricine (shagger) gels in terms of both resolution and reproducibility. Would recommend using them - especially when wanting to visualise peptides.”

“Swapping to the TEO-Tricine gradient gels has allowed me to visualise the cleavage of a small peptide from a large MBP tag - whilst maintaining the resolution at both the large and small sizes. Would definitely recommend.”
