“The crown itself is really 5 star! Heavy, made of metal, not plastic and looks and feels like a quality item. The reason for a 4 star rating is that it took 68 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER TO THE TIME OF DELIVERY!! Tracking? Forget it. Example, the tracking shows it left China by air and didn't arrive in the USA until 14 days later ( that plane must have had one HUGE fuel tank) and that information itself was 8 days old by the time it showed up in the tracking utility. I really like the item but I will never ever never buy from them again. The site says usually delivered within 35 days or less. This was for a kids birthday. Only a month late as we considered the shipping time when we bought this.”
