“Exactly what I ordered and comes carefully wrapped to maintain shape. It’s huge and a wrinkle was visible but not to worry, directions are enclosed on how to steam it back to perfection. It’s also sizable to get your perfect fit. I did not see anything on the site when purchasing that said the hat has an interior ribbon you can tie to make it your size so this was a great discovery as I have a small head and hats are often way too large. I would buy this hat again.”
