“Have been taking inositol for a over a month now for my mental health and I can say I have been feeling so much better. Better than ay meds I’ve tried and the effect was nearly immediate. The first few days I tried it I could feel my brain surging like it had been starved of inositol and was getting replenished again. I enjoy looking forward to monitor its long term effects. Other effects I have noticed is less cravings for sugar/salt snacks during the day. The product is high quality, dissolves well in food and drink and doesn’t seem to clump up. Will be ordering more.”
