“I became pregnant on the very first night of TTC while I was taking this powder. My son is now 14 months old and I still love this powder and take it regularly, I find it helps prevent hormonal breakouts as well, and also taking it often has helps improves my milk supply and helps prevent fatigue. It has improved my endurance when I exercise and it helped with hairloss when I was going through a phase where my hair was falling out. I have also found it helped significantly calm down anxiety. All around this is a great product and it is not as expensive as other Inositol on the market. I find it to be the best quality Inositol that Ixve tried. I have been taking it for around 3 years, I have about 1/4 of a teaspoon in my morning coffee and it is so easy to incorporate into my diet. I will definitely be a customer for a long time, thatxs all I can say.”
