“I used to take ovasitol and used to get diahorrea and thus I decided to change to this version of Myo inositol and it has been great for my body. I take it every morning for the last one month and it has no side effects. Also, my period came on time for this month. I’m happy with this product.”

“Not a bad taste at all, taste sweet when mixed with water. I like to have my 4g in the morning. I have seen some changes in my menstrual cycle being more consistent since taking Inositol, however this is combined with other vitamins/life style changes.”

“Only been using this powder for a short amount of time and it’s helped my skin so much already and helped my hair loss too. I suffer from pcos so having trouble with my skin and hair fall have been a big problem for me. Can’t wait to keep seeing the results has I use it more, definitely recommend for anyone thinking of trying it.”

“I would recommend this product. It is one of the only products I’ve found that is the prefect dosage according to research. Taking 1 teaspoon a day is east and manageable compared with some of the other products where you have to take lots of tablets to get the same dose. The powder has a slightly sweet taste and dissolves easily so taking it with water is fine. I have found that taking the product has helped the regularity of ovulation in a short time frame (I have been taking the product for almost months and have had two cycles that were a lot shorter than normal). Very happy with this product!”
