“I have always struggled to lose weight and found out recently that I have high insulin levels which meant I always got hungry again not long after eating. My Personal Trainer told me about Myo Inositol so I thought I’d give it a go. After about 6 months of taking it, I no longer get hungry in the afternoon and my insulin levels have regulated. I am now 8 kilos down just by eating properly. I believe it has also helped to regulate my periods. Before taking it I was getting very long, painful periods. I am now back to normal. Very happy with what this product has done for me.”

“Started this powder a month ago with irregular periods 45-60 days. Spoke to my GP who didn’t know much about it and said I probably wouldn’t benefit. After a month my cycle was 34 days. So excited! Hope it continues”
