“I purchased this product to help in my fertility journey. Ixm insulin resistant and thought it would be a good addition. Ixve been using this for a while now and can certainly comment on the benefits. If I take g at night, I sleep SO WELL. It honestly gives me the best sleep without the hangover, which is helpful particularly when on various hormones for fertility treatment. While it hasnxt helped me fall pregnant naturally (which would have been a bonus but I truly wasnxt expecting this), I have lost stubborn weight quickly that I havenxt been able to shed despite being on Metformin, working out and eating well. Ixll continue to use this on an ongoing basis! Itxs flavourless and so easy to take.”
