“It only took three days for this to have a significant impact! My PCOS had been causing SEVERE sugar cravings for months that were out of control. Three days after using this - sugar cravings were completely gone. At one point I forgot to take it three days in a row and the cravings came back so severe again - that’s when I realised I’d forgotten to take my Inositol for the three days prior! “I have been taking this for atleast 3 months now and have found it to be helping my energy levels keeping weight in check very easy to take with a natural sweet taste. Have been using this for fertility issues and have yet to see how much it has helped as i feel it has a bit already!”
