“Wow!! I packed my clothes into the very roomy pack and sent them off - not without some trepidation. Insect Shield kept me informed on where we were in the process. I got a notification when items were received along with the item count. The next communication let me know that the clothes were on there way back to me, complete with tracking info. When I opened the box of treated clothing, things smelled fresh and all had been marked as treated so there could be no confusion when closeted with my other clothing. I do feel more confident when I am on the trails or gardening as I don't have to worry about ticks or other harmful flying insects. “This was so easy and I was able to fit a lot of clothes in this! I fit a pair of leggings, 2 tank tops, 4 t-shirts, 1 cargo short, 1 baseball short, 2 baseball caps, and 6 pairs of socks easily. The whole process was simple, easy, and after two wears - so far so good!”
“The process was very easy. The envelope with instructions arrvied quickly after I ordered them. Stuffed it full with variious clothing items and dropped it UPS. Received confirmation of receipt from Insect Shield. A couple of weeks later received a notice of shipment. Everything was returned without issue. No strange chemical smells or worrying abouteverything drying, when you do it yourself. They warn that the clothes may shrink, but nothing seemed to change much.”
“This was the service I didn't know I needed! Clothes came back with no odor or other signs of treatment, which was a relief. None of my clothes shrank, either. Do note that each item gets a sewn-in tag or fabric imprint from Insect Shield. This didn't bother me, and the tags are easily removable with a seam ripper, but if you are highly particular about your clothes, just be aware.”
