“I just returned from a backpacking trip at Isle Royale National Park in Lake Superior. It is known for 3 things: Wolves, Moose and MOSQUITOES! I wore a set of clothing I had Insect Shield treated, my hiking partner wore untreated clothing. The difference in our experience was incredible! He had to resort to a full-on bug suit for mosquito relief while I was quite comfortable in my “treated” hoody and pants. Simply put, Insect Shield is a game changer!! One cool morning I climbed out of my tent with a (untreated) fleece pullover I brought and was immediately swarmed by mosquitoes. I pulled the fleece off exposing my “treated” hoody and literally “poof” no more mosquitoes!! Needless to say as soon as I arrived home I sent the pullover (and every other hoody I own) in for treatment. IT’S THAT GOOD! Unless you love donating blood to mosquitoes, ticks and other annoying bugs, GET YOUR CLOTHES TREATED BY INSECT SHIELD!”
“Very straightforward instructions provided with inventory sheet included to track the items sent for treatment. Well thought through process. Appreciated the notifications provided regarding the status of the outgoing pack, receipt of items to be treated, and return of treated items. Quick turnaround.”
“This is the second time I have sent my clothing to be treated with Insect Shield. Both times the whole process was easy, quick and inexpensive. If you already have suitable clothing that can be treated, it is way more cost effective than buying new clothing already treated.”
“The Easy Pack arrived promptly, and it held a reasonable amount of clothing and socks. It was processed quickly. One pair of men's pants was rejected because of "glue" on the pockets that we can't see. One returned shirt does not have a visible "Insect Shield" print or tag, either, although it had a safety pin with a paper tag attached, indicating it had been treated. I have used self-mixed permethrin spray every 6 weeks on my clothes for years, and have never had a tick bite; this is certainly more convenient.”
Thank you for letting us know, Anne. We are glad to hear how quick and convenient the easy pack process was, and understand why it might be tricky to see the spot on the pants that had to be rejected.
