“I live in eastern CT and are plagued by ticks- especially deer ticks. When I took my dogs (labs) out on our farm trails they always came back with numerous ticks (They always run through the underbrush and roll in the leaves), and even if I checked them after the walk, more ticks would emerge after they were in the house for a while. They've been wearing the jackets on daily hikes for the past couple of weeks, and they each have had only 1 tick. I'm really happy with how well the jackets are working - next challenge biting flies!”
“The hole for the leash attachment is not reinforced very well, and the vest has ripped substantially. I got a second one thinking that it was a fluke, but it was not. Other than that I’m really happy with it. So if you get one, reinforce the hole before using. The things I did like about it is it fit perfectly on my puppy and it didn’t bother her to wear it.”
“Happy to have her in an orange vest in the mountains. She looks a bit like a deer. I was surprised it actually fit. I don’t think it is supposed to cover all her body as her hindquarters are exposed but enough of the treated fabric to keep ticks off her.”

“I just received what I thought was the M-16inches and its actually a M-12 as the box states. I reached out and got ridiculous customer service reply and was told its length “up to” 16 which also won’t work to my dog since it still wouldn’t fit around him. The box measurements are accurate but the website is misleading, thus the clearance pricing I assume.
Why they cab’t update the website to match the box who knows but follow the box sizing and you will likely be fine:small 10 inch, medium 12 inch, large 13 1/2:extra large 16 XXL 19.5. S-pug, M-beagle, L-border collie, xl-golden retriever.”
“This is a nice item but even the xs is a little big for my tiny and the closure is rather close to his.. well it might be better for a little lass. I love insect shield products though and as with every product I’ve received from them the workmanship is excellent. If you have a longer pup or lass then this would be perfect. Great for visibility.”
