“I didn't understand their sparse sizing chart so I asked BEFORE ordering and got an email that the sizing chart was all they had. This company couldn't elaborate on sizing. So, I measured my dog from neck to base of tail like the chart shows. It was 16 inches so I bought several shirts and vests in medium.
DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO FITTING! VERY small.
My dog is a miniature Australian Shepherd, 30 pounds. This vest (size medium) is more for a dachshund or small beagle.
Medium size chart says 16.
My entire order was money I can not afford to waste. No returns so I'm stuck with 3 mediums that will not fit.
I see why they give a awful sizing chart. They do not care if it fits or not b/c it is NON-returnable.
Won't anything order again.”
