I purchased 38" for my brother who is taller and he felt the slacks fit fine. Normally, I'd buy 36" waist for my husband. Because my brother is more slender than my husband, I purchased 38" for my husband. This sizing must be true to size because the 38" were too large for my husband and I needed to return for a smaller waist size.”
