“Bought 15+ pairs in 2020 ( black, and tan). Fit was great (Large socks, shoe size 9) . this year I bought 8 more in black (Large) and the fit is too small. (like a childs sock). I emailed customer service and they said their vendor boards the socks to stretch them to size, and states there were 'some changes'. They offered to send me Xtra large if I pay to ship back the socks (most of which have been worn and washed hoping they would stretch after wear- that didn't happen) I am not willing to pay to ship back a wrong sized item (the packages all said Large, Mens Shoe 8 1/2-12) I am disappointed in this company, as it seems to have joined the ranks of companies 'changing something' in an otherwise excellent product. I will look for some other source for my family's needs.”
