These socks are just the right height, almost cushioned, and always stay up. Add to that, they prevent you from getting bitten. What's not to love?!

Very well made and stay up on my calf, all day long, where they belong. Since ticks and chiggers crawl up your legs to get at you, this should be your second line of defense. (Spraying your shoes with Insect Shield Permethirin spray should be your 1st). Having been bitten (eaten alive) by chiggers before an excruciating itch that lasts 1 month or longer. Since incorporating Insect Shield into my outdoor adventures is a thing of the past. Thanx Insect Shield. Robert Hefel

Pluses: 1. Mostly cotton 2. Best way to protect against ticks, tuck your pants in them 3. Reasonably priced 4. If I were only getting one item, it would be socks 5. Three colors, I like the tan best, but also the white, since ticks would show up on them I don't have any minuses. I wear these all the time, and they do a great job of protecting against ticks.

These socks have just the right amount of stretch, so they slide on easily. They are so comfortable, and they stay up! (no sagging around the ankle). Great product.

Mowing our ten acres and pulling weeds in the garden . . . well there probably wasn't a better gift out there to protect him from the chiggers and assorted other biting bugs. He loves them.
