“After using your socks, I decided to try your service of treating my gardening clothes this past winter.
I am a mosquito, gnat, and especially chigger magnet. The chiggers are especially bad to me I work in our heavily mulched yard on roses and other flowers several days each week.
So far this spring, I have not received even one chigger bite.....that is remarkable since I got over 20 separate bites in one day last spring and went looking for remedies.
Last night, we were outside at a campfire where I will usually get all the mosquito bites while my wife beside me will receiver none. I was not bitten at all.
That said, the springtime gnats and no-se-ums we have on hot, windless days in mountains of NC near streams and rivers are awful again this year. I have not had the same good luck fending them off while wearing your treated materials. Any ideas would be appreciated.”
“Been spraying my clothes against ticks for the past few years so I know pyrethrum works but this per piece idea works even better. Never once had a tick on me after this process, so it works. “This was a quick and easy way of getting clothing I wear regularly outside treated. We've been warned that tick-borne illness is rising in our area. In addition, I find that if there are biting insects around, I usually get bitten. I have treated clothing myself, but that only lasts for about 6 washes.
