“Previously, the somewhat long label inside was sewn too close to the top of the jeans. As a result, the tag often ends up being exposed while wearing the jeans. I would keep poking them down, but the labels always worked themselves back up exposing part of them for all to see.
This last pair of treated jeans had the label placed further down and the problem is solved.”
“I'm a generally happy repeat customer. The only improvement I can suggest is that it would be nice if the customer could pick from a short list of colors for the labels imprinted on the socks. Why? When there are the same socks from more than one order that are being laundered, having different colors for different lots allows me to pair them by the date they were treated.
As an alternative, include in the imprint placed on socks the month and day of treatment. This would take care of the pairing issue and give the customer some idea how long they have been wearing them.”
