“In 2010 or so I bought one of the thin polyester shirts which I found useful for working in the woods, going on woods walk with a forest owners association, and gardening. I found that shirt didn't protect me from the thorns that I encounter. The Insect Shield Men's Twill Work Shirt offers much more protection, made from 100% cotton, and is breathable. I find having pretreated clothing the preferred method to protect me from black-legged and Lone Star ticks. No one else offers all cotton shirts and pants.”
