“T-shirt is nice quality, but does seem to run small. Great experience so far, we live on a farm in Iowa where ticks and chiggers are always an issue. Since wearing insect shield clothing he’s only found one tick on him, and hasn’t had any issues with chiggers.”
“I’m out in the woods working on my property (or off on hikes) a lot every year. The LAST thing I want to have to deal with is having contracted Lyme. ~ The work is thinning and spacing trees well, trimming them up, removing fallen limbs and piling all the brush which is burned each fall. Rinse and repeat. Win/ win. The property is beautified, the fire hazard is significantly lowered while firewood is being generated for heating the house. Bonus: this work assures that I remain fully fit. I’ve worn Insect Shield treated LS tees, bandanas, Lee Jeans and crew socks for a decade or more now. IMHE, the permethrin treatment works exactly as it's supposed to. I don’t believe that I enjoy any false sense of security. I never discover ticks on me and knock on wood... no bites have occurred. I’ve every cause to stay the course of things as I’m fully confirmed this approach is the ticket and works a charm.”
“Fits well right now, but I suspect it will get tight after a wash, so size up. This is the
2nd one I bought and the last fit fine. I assume it will work against insects, but has not been truly tested that way.”
