Wore this scarf everyday on safari in Kenya. Also beautiful at evening dinners! No mosquitos on me!

While planning my trip to East Africa, I checked out this scarf to consider to purchase. So glad I did! I am now in Africa to enjoy the game watches without getting all bit up. Lightweight, soft on my neck, but best of all no bites…yet! Thanks Insect Shield for supplying an excellent quality, and beautiful product. If you’re needing bug protection, put this one on your list.

If there is a single mosquito in 10 square miles, and there are 12,000 people in that area, then I will be the one who gets bit. I seem to attract mosquitos no matter what I do. When a friend told me about her scarf with Insect Shield stuff built right in, I had to have one. But did it work? Yes, it did! It isn't 100 fool-proof, but it sure beats spraying myself with chemicals - especially if I am just going out for a short time. Thanks, Insect Shield!

I am a person blessed with "insect magnet" qualities. Even if an insect is not a biting one, it decides to take a shot at me. Topical treatments don't work for me. I've been bitten through my clothing with welts resulting that last for weeks. Resigned to an indoor life; the only treatment that worked for bites is ice packs (for days). However, the Insect Shield products are different. I have not received one maddening bite when wearing the tee shirts or the scarf I now own. The scarf adds an extra layer of protection, comfortable even in hot sticky weather. And a layer of style to any outfit. Thank You!

I love these wraps/scarves- the size (cover a lot!) and weight (super light) and design (have ordered a mix of colors and to share with my outdoorsy family). Great for hanging out on buggy evenings or for a quick cover to take the dog out. Also look great while on a night out eating outside. highly recommend!

I gave each of my daughters and myself one of these. I love using mine as a light evening shawl at outdoor concerts. It keeps the mosquitoes at bay and staves off the chilly air. One daughter enjoys hers as a beach sarong. She says it helps keep the sand fleas away. My other daughter just enjoys it as an elegant accessory wrapped around her neck. Great buy with multiple uses!

The Taupe color is lovely and is an easy accompaniment with several other colors. A soft, comfortable fabric with a lovely lay to the material. And, it protects against bugs!

Our rural home is surrounded by farms and neighbors with ponds and standing water. Mosquitoes are so bad this year that we walk out into a cloud of them near sunrise and sunset, and with a young puppy we have to go outside frequently. I put my insect shield clothing on right over my summer clothes early and late in the day. I put on the yoga pants and tuck them into boots, cover my head and most of my face with the wrap scarf leaving the area around my eyes open, and then the hoodie. I also pull the sleeves down over my hands so the only exposed skin is around my eyes. I quickly discovered that while outside with our pup I have to use a windshield motion with my hand to keep the mosquito swarm away from my eyes, and I let the permethrin take care of the ones landing on me. The mosquitoes we have here are not at all repelled by the clothing, they land by the dozens every second, but they quickly fall off. So far I’ve only had one bite while wearing these clothes and that was the first time I wore them. Since then I’ve had great success.
