This socks are light weight and comfortable. They have stayed up while walking several trails. To date no ticks.

I have many Insect Shield clothes, most recently socks. I live in the country, and I hate mosquitos! All my Insect Shield clothes work Very Well, and I'll continue buying and relying on them.

Our land is chiggar heaven, but these light weight socks defeat those little buggers. Socks are very comfortable without being too bulky.

We live on 19 acres next to a forest. Lots of mosquitoes, ticks and chiggers. I am very afraid of ticks as I was previously bitten by a lone star tick and had several severe anaphylaxic reactions before being diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome. I can no longer eat any kind of red meat because of it. Bought these socks for my husband and myself. We tuck our pants into the socks for better protection. We may not look stylish but these socks keep the ticks and chiggers away. I am afraid to go outside with out these socks. I highly recommend this specially treated socks.

I am a hiker - have climbed all the 4000 footers in New England in summer, and this winter completed all those in ME, NH and VT in winter. So good hiking socks are a MUST. These are the best I have found for summer hiking. And they keep the ticks off too!!!
