When my daughter saw the ones I bought for her hubby, she asked for a pair too. Merry Christmas kiddo, enjoy hunting season with no more chigger bites !

I've owned several varieties of IS socks over the years. These socks are comfortable, good for any season, and just the right weight/thickness. While the price is higher than others offered, they are worth the extra cost and launder well.

These are really nice stretchy socks. Very comfortable and light for summer hi king, gardening or day wear. They don’t bind at all if, like me, you have sensitive feet. No more boug bites on my ankles!

I am surrounded by trees and roaming deer which means ticks! I pull the socks over the end of my pants or leggings to minimize access to my skin. These socks are stretching and easy to get on and off plus they are not too bulky. I wear them for mowing the lawn, tending to the garden or hiking on a trail. If you do your own yard work then you will want to get several pairs. I'm thinking about giving a pair to two to my active nieces and nephews as holiday gifts.

I'm not an outdoorsy person and I was pretty nervous about ticks when I was going camping. So I rush ordered these socks and a few other items and it made all the difference. Not too heavy, and it's easy to tuck your pants in. The green color is pretty.

These socks feel great and are proving to be heavy duty as well as protective against ticks! I have not had a tick on me since aquiring them and I walk in piney woods on the Blue Ridge Parkway regularly and previously had numerous ticks. This year seems worse than I have ever seen it with all stages of the ticks so we need to use everything we can think of to fight back against these dangerous pests! Thank you, Insect Shield, for your wonderful socks!

I don't know what hiking is like in the eastern US, but in the northwest, we need thick, cushiony socks. These aren't any different than everyday socks!
