“Bought over $200 worth of clothing. Only wore this hat 4 times over 2 years period. Tightening cord to tighten head ban "came loose". Called customer support, no help, then ask how "I" could fix it myself. Their response was " They didn't know" !! Then I talked with management, they were just as USELESS! They offered me 10% off on "my next purchase" All I wanted for my hat to be fixed, I told them I would send them the bad one back!!

“These hats (3)have been a miracle worker! I always had ticks on my neck or head before wearing Insect Shield. I always wore a hat sprayed with insect repellent but it didn’t help. Once I started wearing Insect shield this year - no ticks!!! And this is a bad year for ticks!!!!

“Cool shade with the broad shapeable brim. The vents really work for me and this is the coolest hat I own. I now have 2 with one in my vehicle all the times so if I forget to grab the other from the hat rack I am not without.
I am a birder and bird photographer and many birds want to be where the bugs are. With this hat and my insect shield shirt and pants I have never had so few annoying and biting bugs in my face while I am looking for and photographing birds.”
