“Had an older hat of yours years ago that I loved for the insect repellency, but found the brim too floppy. This hat is so much better! It fits great, has enough brim for sun protection and brim is stiff enough to maintain shape and not interfere with my field of vision. I bought it for gardening and it has been effective even against black flies! I have a Tilley hat I bought for walking and kayaking, but I like this hat just as well- and for MUCH cheaper I get the same coverage and comfort as well as insect protection! A truly great value.”
“Seems like a nice hat, light and easy to pack for travel. But, I am a smallish woman and even with the size small and drawstring drawn as tight as it goes, it is a bit loose on me. With even a light breeze, I have to rely on the strap under the chin to keep it from blowing off my head. I would like for it to be more secure on my head.”
