“Last summer we nearly lost our daughter who had ehrlichiosis which was caught from the lone star tick. The hospital had a difficult time diagnosing the disease. She was in the critical care unit for nine days before they found the cause of her ailment. Since that experience, we have been very careful with the type of clothing worn to help prevent tick bites.

“I was skeptical but...I took it with me to Boy Scout summer camp... Great product! Favorite Thing: Repellents can destroy plastics if they get spilled on them (knife handles, car dashboards, coatings on back packs, etc.). Insect Shield leaves no residue and so will not destroy plastic.”
