“I bought three of these for three different size dogs. Not one of them fit the dog for which it was intended. In fact all three were unusable. I had measured the dogs per instructions. Since I had a very small a small and a medium sized dog I thought perhaps it would be possible to switch them around and at least get one to work. But no good.”
