“This hoodie fits me so well and is so comfortable for walking, running and biking. There is only one flaw and that is the zipper, which on the grey hoodie is bright green stitching. After only 3-4 months of regular wear, the stitching started to come out. I still love this hoodie so much, so I contacted InsectShield to see if a replacement zipper could be obtained (something other clothing vendors like LL Bean and Lands End have done in the past). They emailed right back and offered to replace the entire hoodie which I agreed to. However, after a month of no contact from them, I emailed again. This time no one has answered. So I am very disappointed. To be clear, this is a great hoodie and I subsequently bought 2 more in different colors but am very disappointed by the promise of a replacement for the grey hoodie and then no contact.”
“This hoodie is comfortable and keeps the bugs away. I followed the sizing chart and was in between the medium and large sizes. I ordered both medium and large, but ended up exchanging the medium for a second large one as the medium was a little too tight. The length of the jacket and the sleeves are a bit longer than I expected, but I've already received some compliments on the hoodie and it works great to keep the bugs away.”
