“I bought these to work n the garden. For some reason we have chiggers/mites this year. I think it might be the wild birds visiting our chicken feeder. Rather than spend a small fortune on insect spray that has to be reapplied, I decided to invest in Insect Shield wear. They are light, comfortable and actually look better than the photo. I’m 5’3” and they are a nice length on me. But if you wear the socks and tuck them into boots, they will be fine if you are a bit taller. I think they are deterring the mites, but I’ve been so chewed up that the jury is still out for the time being. They seem to work well on mosquitos.”

“These ankle pants are great for petites. Although, they do seem to run a little small. I normally wear a petite medium (size 10) and the size large fits me pretty well. They are full length on me. I'm 4'11" and normally wear pants with a 28" inseam. Love the fact that these pants have pockets! The pants seem to be well made. I ordered a total of 4 pairs of pants and I'm very pleased with my purchases. I've have never found insect repellent clothing in petites - so these have worked out very well for me. Thanks!”
