I love these pants! The fabric is very nice and comfortable. I purchased them because we had so many ticks in our area this spring. They also repel mosquitoes. I watched a mosquito land on the leg of the pants and promptly fly away. If these pants were sold as regular pants without the insect treatment I'd buy a couple of pair for eveyday wear and they'd be great for travel.

The sizes are WAY off. Pants in general run about 3-5 times the sizes listed. Jeans are made for people over 6 feet with massive tree trunk wide legs. Do they think everyone is giant and obese? They need xs, slim fit options for normal shaped people. Not everyone wants to wear clothing that fits like a tent, especially when working in the yard or hiking. This makes it much harder to find said bugs like ticks! Men, Women & children. Teenagers are basically out of luck here.

Sorry to hear these did not meet your expectation, Pat! Perhaps our Women's Essential Leggings would be a better slim option for you.

Great fit - lightweight for summer. Excellent design. I've paired this with the matching sweatshirt and it's actually stylish! Pleasantly surprised!

Keep mosquitoes away great during backyard gardening. I was concerned that they would bee too tight and show my butt, but they have that attractive, Laura Petrie Dick Van Dyke show ankle pants. Highly recommend.

I love that I can garden and hike without worrying about bug bites! Fabric is super soft and lightweight. But these are not attractive. I wish they’d make legging type or cargo pant. Why are they short when meant for bugs (I’m 5’7”)? Then you need to wear bug socks and that is not a good look.

I haven’t worn these too many times, yet, but they are extremely comfortable and bugs don’t bug me. I bought a medium because I like a looser fit. I short so they fit me more like full-length pants, which is fine. I wore them on a hot day and I was comfortable. I have now bought several pairs in both colors.

These insect repellent pants going to be regularly worn! I bought the Insect Shield Women’s Tech Hoodie to go with them, which created a smart and stylish costume. I am 5’4” and the pants are longer than ankle length, more like regular length, which suited me fine. I measured carefully, because I didn’t want the hassle of sending them back and a medium fit perfectly. Both pieces were purchased in gray, which is an interesting speckled kind of gray and I like it a lot. Love the pockets in the pants and the jacket. The pieces concerned me that they would be too hot, as they are a synthetic fabric, but I wore them hiking in Letchworth State Park in New York State on a very warm muggy day and managed fine. ANYTHING to foil ticks and other buggy critters. Even the no-see-ums gave me a break. I think I’d like to purchase another identical set in the black.
