“Perfect fit, looks great on...but...most importantly...it actually does what it says it does and what I purchased it for. I live in a jungle...the mosquitoes are rampant. I actually watch the "skeeters" come toward me with these tech pants on, they come within an inch or two and then fly away. I am untouched. My yoga pants, jeans, etc, they would bite right through the fabric.

“I have had two friends who have been at death’s door due to tick disease. One young man suffered years ago when so little was understood, and a fine woman is in the hospital today. I have had a tough time squaring the threat of ticks with my life of hiking in the Adirondack mountains. Later, walking my dogs in fields and trails made my skin crawl.
Thank God for Insect Shield. I started wearing the pants years ago. They were long, baggy and made of a delightfully light fabric. Great for hiking. My mind was put at ease. Despite hours of underbrush, I never found a tick. The pants are long wearing and haven’t ripped.
My newest pair, are great as well. They are short one star because a hole opened up in the pocket. The new style is also light and less baggy. They are long enough to fit into socks but loose enough to bend at the knee.

“My usual fit in pants is 12-14 so I ordered a Large. I think the sizing must be off because they were too tight even in the calf area and I have thin legs. I exchanged them for a larger size. We’ll see how that works out. Hope they fit because I do like the material.”
“I was thrilled that these pants fit me and are wearable in the summer months. I am a mosquito magnet, so I mostly wear these in an urban setting. I get bitten when I'm out and about in the city, so I thought a pair of pants would help. I have been bitten by mosquitos through these pants twice after wearing them for two weeks. Both times I saw the mosquitos come at me, but I thought I would be fine because the pants would ward them off. I'll never know if I've gotten fewer bites than I otherwise would have, but these haven't been 100% effective for me.”
“I have been wearing my insect shield for about a month (right along with my insect shield socks) and am very pleased with them.
