“The labels I purchased are not what other companies sell as metallic gold. Yours are a kind of fluorescent, greenish gold, and not at all what I can use for my sophisticated products. Instead of simply sending me a shipping label for a complete return (which I'm accustomed to with Amazon), I was required to send a photo showing how my present gold labels are a completely different color. I tried to send it several times, but I'm not computer literate enough to succeed. Your rep asked me to fill out a return request form and send it to you with the labels. I asked her three times if I would get a full refund, including tax if I did as she suggested. Three times she said I would get the "appropriate amount" back. Finally I emailed again and told her to be specific (again), since it would cost me at least ten dollars to return the labels for a refund, not including the shipping. I would therefore have spent about $19.00 on an item that I couldn't use, and cost less than the shipping. I spent about 90 minutes trying to make a simple return, which was a royal pain. Not only did you lose a customer, your company will be the topic of negative conversations with my colleagues.
That's why Amazon is Amazon.”
