“I have used this tent for about year now on multiple day Hunting missions as well as for conservation work.
I’ve found the Ace to be very hard wearing given the amount of time it’s been on the hill. I’m 188cm tall and find it has enough floor space for myself a mattress and any gear I need to keep dry. Where weight is considered it strikes the balance between light weight and robustness, I have owned lighter one man tents in the past that have worn out after a year even though they had much heavier price tags! The pop up ventilation hood on the top is a good edition to ease the condensation that can build up over night in smaller tents. I can recommend this tent for bush and tops hunting, it’s been frozen and rained on in Twizel, Te Anau, Kaimanawas, Waiuru, Te Urewera, National Park… etc.
I’ve had no issues with it, it’s a solid tent.”
