“I ordered some multivitamins and some calci dust which was brilliant and great value for money however I also ordered some locusts and they stated they where a large and they where half the size of everywhere else I ordered from, therefore I won't order live food from there again but will continue to use there services. X”

“I would firstly like to say that Internet Reptile is one of the best sites for purchasing exotic animal items. there are however certain issues that I keep having with the service. sometimes it takes extended periods of time for live food orders to come through unless you pay for next day delivery, in which I've also encountered problems. another issue I have had is live food sizes, although the size details of the bugs have been now updated and are now viewable before purchase, I order a certain size and its never right - example large locust are really small but then the next size up - extra large is like you have genetically modified the bugs into super size bugs, the size differences vary to wildly and I know of other people who have had this problem from this store and say its not like that ordering from other online retailers. please don't get me wrong this store is sound and could definitely be the best on the web, it just needs a few small errors mending. the customer service is impeccable and I've had no issues with anything else. I will always prompt people to use this service and am hoping that my problems will be sorted soon as I will always probably use this site for my food orders. kind regards Danny”
