“I order two Venus Flytrap plants and even though I received them promptly, the state in which they arrived was very poor. I opened the box in which they arrived through the post, to find the plants had been lightly wrapped in paper, with the top not sealed, so both plant and compost had spilled out completely. On contacting I was told, quote "Our warehouse team are trained to package special items in a particular way to ensure that this doesn't occur", that was it. First and only time I will use.”
