“I bought 70 litres of unbranded coarse bark, when I put it in my vivarium after a few days I noticed all these little flies in the room I thought maybe I left the window open and then I decided to check the bark, I checked the bark closely and it was infested with small flies and little white bugs so I immediately emptied my vivarium and threw the bark in the bin. I emailed Internet Reptile and have had no further response for months. Really disappointed as I've spent a good few hundred quid with this company and have not bought anything from them since. I bought bark from another company and have had no issues whatsoever.”
