“Excellent magnesium! I have many allergies, including magnesium stearate. This product is the only magnesium I can tolerate with no adverse effect on my GI tract. I love the low dose option of 1capsule. I take this magnesium with Nested Naturals 5HTP and can sleep, deep sleep, for the first time in many years.”

“After suffering from bad sleep (can't fall asleep, can't sleep through the night, wake up early, take your pick!) and not being able to take Melatonin (bad side effects), I finally found this Magnesium supplement. What a difference it made! I fall asleep immediately and sleep through the night. Absolutely wonderful!”

“It works! And our bodies need magnesium daily so it is a win win. I take it near bedtime, the recommended dose, or sometimes just half the dose, and it works great. And I have never awakened foggy after taking it.”

“I take a statin. I have had muscle cramping as a result, mostley in the evening while sleeping. Since taking this Magnesium Glycinate Chelate it has been a game changer for me. Rarely now do I have the cramping I once had. I highley recommend this product!”
