“I love this Magnesium Glycinate by Nested. I have tried many magnesium supplements including phara brands which unfortunately have junk in them. Nested Magnesium is pure form. I have a seafood allergy and this product is very safe for me. I have Gitelman’s syndrome and I was living at a 1.4 blood serum. I found the best way to take this magnesium by Nested is 1 capsule, 4 times daily with my potassium doses. My Magnesium serum is 1.7 now. Now I am not recommending this dose of 4 capsules to others. Follow the bottles recommendations. My Gitelman’s syndrome is an electrolyte disorder my body needs more electrolytes because of an absorption problem in my kidneys. Because this magnesium works so well for me with my difficult syndrome it will be helpful for others. Suzanne of West Chester PA”
