“I ordered the Magnesium Glycinate for my son, who was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder a few months ago. He is adamant about not taking any prescribed medications because he hates the side effects and how they make him feel. After doing some research I found quite a number of articles recommending Magnesium which supposedly works similar to lithium. He has been taking the Magnesium now for a little over a week along with some other supplements I ordered and he really likes them. I have also seen a an improvement in his mood.”
