“Bottom line, this magnesium has been a boon for my sleep patterns, and definitely has added a missing ingredient in my life. In all the reading I've done, magnesium is commonly at too low a level from just one's diet. Since taking this, which is very easy to swallow, with no side effects, I know it is working. I used to get premature ventricular contractions and read that magnesium might help. I do not get them any longer, taking two capsules a day. So this is readily absorbed and beneficial in my life in both these ways.”
