“I'm impressed with the quality of this product, and the fact that it dissolves so well, with no grittiness. And it comes out to be far, far less expensive than buying the mere five ingredients I used to get for making my green juice; and two of those five weren't even organic. The only thing I dislike is the taste, but hey, it's greens. No green powder is going to taste fabulous unless they spiked it with a ton of sugar and other unhealthy junk (and then, what would be the point of drinking it?). I know it would taste better if I were to blend it with fruit, but that would be too high in carbs and besides, I didn't want to have to pull out the blender each morning. So, I've ordered the chocolate flavor in hopes that it will taste better. If not, I'll bite the bullet and blend it with low-carb berries, because there's no way I'm going to give up these quality greens that are so reasonably priced! One other important note -- this company is awesome when it comes to responsiveness and customer care. If they had a separate rating just for that, I'd give them five stars!”

“Overall I am satisfied with this product. The ingredients are a combination of many nutrients that is hard to find within one product. The downside is the flavor. It does not taste great. The chocolate flavor is very subtle. I understand however, greens in powder form are not meant to taste like candy, or a fruit smoothie. It’s a trade off to get the health benefits you need. The greens flavor is easy to mask by adding banana or yogurt, then you will have a healthy balanced treat. After my first dose, I felt a little burst of energy. It is easily dissolvable in water or other liquids. I plan to buy again to easily get complete nutrients each day. Satisfied!”

“It doesnt taste like much. The flavor is so underwhelming that ud have no idea it was in a smoothie consisting of literally anything eles besides water or milk. Which makes it totally blendable. It doesnt add thickness either just a bit gritty. I'd say it adds character. I have noticed I'm more alert. Sharper focus. Could just be that I needed a green kick. Doesnt upset my stomach at all. At 30 cals I'd say it would probably break a long fast but I only fast from 9pm tp 3pm the following day. I drink one scoop of this and one scoop of amazing grass chocolate in water with my vitamin b complex around 10am. I feel it evens me out and I get a kick start like a cup o Joe. I dont feel it breaks my fast but your opinion and calorie restrictions are your own. All in all I recommend for the phytonutrients and healthy gut bug food”
