“Hi - thank you for checking in. I am taking the k2 I ordered from you to help my bones absorb calcium. A lot of people don't realize you need D3 and K2 to optimize the absorption of calcium. So I can't actually see the benefits, but I am hoping the k2 helps my bones, and I will find out when I have my next bone density scan. Also looking for good quality calcium, maybe eggshell calcium. Do you carry anything like that? Thank you again, Donna”

“Quality product. Uses the correct MenaQ7 (natural) as there are actually 3 different kinds of MenaQ7. The other 2 are either soy based or synthetic. Plus it has only two other ingredients. Rice flour and vegetable cellulose. Can't get better than that in looking for a quality K2 supplement.”
