Yes, you need a healthy gut to have a healthy lifestyle. 3) Digestive Enzymes: get gassy when you eat certain foods? Sounds like you need some enzymes to help break that down.”

“I waited for a few weeks before writing this as to not be premature. I definitely can feel a difference in my overall mood. My energy as well (although I do take a mushroom mix also). I have stopped coffee and have replaced it with the super greens. Much better. R”
