“Works as advertised. Two pills too strong, one much better. Got 7 3/4 hours sleep with both two and one pills so I'm taking one pill each night 30 minutes before bed time, go to sleep rapidly, get up in middle of night to use bathroom, return to bed and go right back to sleep. Amazing how well these with natural ingredients work.”
