I started with one capsule. I use two every night now. It is the only product that helps me sleep most nights. I get ready for bed, swallow the capsules, read for half to one whole hour. When I start yawning or nodding off, I turn out the light. I am on my third bottle. This product is worth trying.

Have been taking LUNA for a few years along with 2 nitetime pain sleep aids & magnesium. The magnesium is for RLS. The nitetime pain tabs are to calm the Fibromyalgia down. I just went from 2 LUNA to 2 LUNA which helps the insomnia due to Fibromyalgia. I feel very safe & comfortable taking LUNA because it is all safe ingredients & I don't wake up with the "hangover" which I got when taking Ambien. So glad LUNA is around!

Luna works better than anything else I've tried, it puts me to sleep and when I wake up I'm not groggy! Awesome stuff :)

I tried taking just one on one occasion, and two on another occasion. Neither worked, which was disappointing. The ingredients were a plus because they are natural and homeopathic. I still have better luck with bach's remedies.

Luna helps to get back to sleep fast even though I still wake up in the middle of the night. I also felt that I am sleeping deeper

I'm SLEEPING. Sleeping till the alarm goes off!! This is nothing short of miraculous for me. Left it at home when I went on vacation thinking surely I wouldn't need it - WRONG. I won't make that mistake again. After years of 2 or 3 hours at most of sleep a night with constant waking, I'm SLEEPING!!
