“We typically use the Luna w/out melatonin, however, when we are traveling through different time zones or dealing with a seasonal time shift, we opt for the melatonin formula. Helps us fall asleep quicker and regulate a good solid sleep cycle faster than when we've tried to do it without some extra - natural - support.”

How would you rate Nested Naturals out of 5 stars?

“I bought these after I received a sample at the Vitamin Shoppe. I find that I need three tablets to sleep more than 5 hours. I don't like the taste and I wished I could get 7 hours every night, but perhaps it is my age. I have never had a problem getting to sleep, just staying asleep. I will finished my order and then see if there is a difference before buying more.”
