Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the postage cost for your boots. We had used pre paid parcel bags before, however the tracking was limited, and there was no insurance or signature facility for customers. Sadly if products were lost or stolen there wasn't alot we could do. Unfoartunately our boots weigh 700grams, therefore a 500gram bag wasn't possible. Hope we can assist again next time.
