“very good, does what it should do: makes me sleepy after half an hour in the evening (important to take it always the same time in the evening to reset your internal clock). And it could also be (not sure til now) im sleeping longer after taking it (Time release?)... The shipping to switzerland took quite a while, but at last everything is fine! Thx again, next time will come :-)”
