“Usually I have trouble with tablets. Because of certain ingredients, like dicalcium phosphate, I get allergic reactions. This tablet form works for me. No allergic reactions. I’m still having trouble sleeping but this does help some. I would rate it a 7 out of 10 for sleep quality. Everyone is different and reacts differently to different brands and different doses. Although I do better on doses below 2mg. Anything higher has the opposite effect. But I like the quality of this particular brand.”
